Jill Morgan Clark freelances prose and poetry. Her poetry has appeared in the endangered species series for middle grades: Vanishing from Grasslands and Deserts, Vanishing from Forests and Jungles, and Vanishing from Waterways (Lerner Publications). Her writing has inhabited books, journals, and newspapers. Her children’s poetry book (for ages 4-12) Loose Balloons recently published by Taylor and Seale Publishing, LLC. Where Do Balloons Land? a child’s book for ages 5-12 will be out in 2021.
Teaching English, communication, reading and creative writing in colleges and high schools in Volusia County, Florida inspired her book-in-the-making: The Other Side of the Smart Board.
