Growing up in a military family, Aysha Ehsan travelled and explored the whole of her native Pakistan. Still wondrously young, today she is a writer who has worked as a journalist and broadcast anchor in the Middle East and now teaching at a university in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Her penchant for seeing, feeling, and understanding life’s many underlying realities infuses how she lives as well as the stories she tells.
