A long-time veteran of the food industry, A. K. Wingler has managed everything from snack bars to the finest restaurants. She started writing about food in college with a series of restaurant reviews, and has since written the training manual for new banquet staff at prestigious The Manor in West Orange, New Jersey. She also traveled the world for Continental and JetBlue, sampling the wide variety of regional food trucks. A long-time resident of Florida, she holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando. She and her partner enjoyed great success operating their own food truck. Wingler looks forward to helping make you proud of owning your own business.
